I’m writing this message as a reference for Joe Satori regarding his technical expertise and teaching skills on chlorine dioxide (ClO₂). After several conversations with Joe, in which I expanded my knowledge and interest in the beneficial attributes and applications of ClO₂ from Safrax—primarily related to improving health—we arranged a Zoom call with Joe, myself, and a friend who first introduced me to ClO₂. This friend spent 50 years as a pharmacist before studying to become a naturopath. During our Zoom call, and in subsequent follow-up conversations, it became clear to both of us (we both agreed) that Joe’s knowledge of both the basic science and the quantum-frequency phenomenon for "clearing" negative, pathogenic, and potentially harmful environmental pathways is extensive. Equally valuable, if not more so, was his ability to present complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand. He has a remarkable talent for “bringing the information down to our level,” which is often referred to by experts in teaching presentation skills as “knowing your audience.” From my own experience, including my 11 years at the University of Pittsburgh, I can attest that this skill is rare and often requires effort in higher education settings. Most of my background and work experience (starting in 1981 after college) has been in new business development roles, primarily in the medical device field, along with a few other industries. I also spent 3-4 years serving as an adjunct faculty member, teaching a one-credit, pass/fail class on medical devices to undergraduate engineering students. In addition to enjoying learning from Joe, including insights he shared from his own experiences using ClO₂, I’ve appreciated his demeanor, candidness, and genuine enthusiasm. His openness to helping expand our knowledge has made it a pleasure to learn from him and has instilled a desire to continue learning. For these reasons, I wholeheartedly recommend Joe for any position, job, task, or assignment involving teaching and sharing his vast knowledge with others.
